"This was by far the most efficient and genuine customer service I’ve experienced. Dorothy went above and beyond to not only make sure I was safe after a disastrous tire blowout, but she even helped me get towed after this disaster happened. At one point she couldn’t get through to a live person, so she kept calling until things she did and got resolved. I would highly recommend this company but most importantly Dorothy.
